These Terms of Use govern your use of PetFocus. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using PetFocus

PetFocus plays an attention-grabbing sound and helps you capture a photo or short video of your pet looking at the camera. You are responsible for how you use the app, including for any photos, videos, or recordings you make, and for using it in compliance with applicable law — for example, getting anyone else's consent before recording them if a person other than you ends up in frame or audio.

Pro purchase

PetFocus Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase sold through Google Play. The purchase unlocks the Pro features described in the app at the time of purchase — including the full sound library, burst mode, hold-to-record video, recording your own attention sound, and removing the watermark and ads. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Payments, refunds, and purchase records are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the app's Restore purchases action with the same Google Play account when applicable.

Free features and ads

The free version includes a limited set of sounds and may display advertising outside the camera viewfinder. Feature availability may change as the app evolves.

Your content

Photos, videos, and any custom sound you record with PetFocus are yours. They are saved to your device's own gallery, and you're responsible for backing them up, sharing them, or deleting them as you see fit — PetFocus does not keep a copy anywhere else.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PetFocus. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and camera/microphone behavior can vary by device.

Disclaimer

PetFocus is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a sound will always get your pet's attention, that a shot will always be captured at the right moment, or that the app will meet every requirement you may have.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetFocus and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PetFocus after an update means you accept the revised terms.
