Using MomentMark

MomentMark helps you create private countdowns, notes, preparation checklists, and reminders for meaningful dates. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app in compliance with applicable law.

Pro purchase

MomentMark Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase sold through Google Play. The purchase unlocks the Pro features described in the app at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Payments, refunds, and purchase records are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the app's Restore purchases action with the same Google Play account when applicable.

Free features and ads

The free version may limit the number of moments and may display advertising. Feature availability may change as the app evolves.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MomentMark. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the content you create in MomentMark. Keep your own backup of anything important. The app is not a substitute for a calendar, emergency alert system, or professional planning service.

Disclaimer

MomentMark is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered at a particular time or that the app will meet every requirement you may have.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MomentMark and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MomentMark after an update means you accept the revised terms.
