This Privacy Policy explains how MomentMark handles information when you use the mobile application.

Information stored on your device

MomentMark stores the moments, notes, preparation checklist items, reminder preferences, onboarding status, and plan status that you create in the app on your device. This information is used to provide the app's countdown, preparation, and reminder features.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, MomentMark schedules local reminders for your moments. You can change notification permission at any time in your device settings. Reminder content is generated from the event information you enter.

Purchases

MomentMark offers an optional one-time Pro purchase through Google Play. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and determine whether the Pro entitlement is active. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Advertising

Free users may see ads provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device, usage, or advertising identifiers in accordance with their own policies. MomentMark requests non-personalized ads where supported.

Service providers

Depending on the features you use, information may be processed by Google Play, Google AdMob, Expo notification services, and RevenueCat. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data sharing and sale

MomentMark does not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed for the services described above, to comply with law, or to protect the security of the app and its users.

Data retention and deletion

Your app-created content remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear the app's data. You can delete individual moments and checklist items from within the app. Purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as necessary to provide and verify the purchase.

Children

MomentMark is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
