Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled in the Teori puzzle app. You do not need to create an account to use the app.

Information stored on your device

Your puzzle progress, moves, daily game results, statistics, and sound, vibration, and reminder preferences are stored on your device to provide the game. You can remove this local data by deleting the app or clearing its app data.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the app schedules a daily puzzle reminder locally on your device. You can change notification permission in your device settings. The app does not send a device notification token to a server for reminders.

Ads and privacy choices

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process data such as your advertising ID, IP address, device information, and app usage information to deliver and measure ads and, where permitted, personalize them. The app shows a consent form when required. You can change your choices through the ad privacy options in the app settings and your device settings. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Premium subscriptions

Optional Teori Premium subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Google Play processes payments; we do not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and information about the product, subscription, and purchase status to validate purchases and restore Premium access. Data sharing and security

We do not sell app data. Information needed for ads and purchases is shared with the service providers described above. Network requests to these services use encrypted connections. Those providers' own policies govern their data retention and security practices.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase records under their own policies to provide and validate subscriptions and meet legal obligations. You may contact us with requests concerning your data held by these services.

Children

Teori is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child's personal information has been processed, contact us so we can review it.

If we update this policy, we will publish the new text and effective date on this page.
