This policy explains how information is handled in the Med Reminder: Pill & Health mobile app (shown inside the app as "MediLog"). The app does not ask you to create an account.

Information stored on your device

The medicines, doses and dose history you enter, health readings such as blood sugar, blood pressure and pulse, water intake, family member profiles (for example names and relationship), reminder times and your app settings are stored on your device. We do not run servers for this data and the app does not upload it to us. You can remove it with the "Delete all data" option in the app's Profile screen, by clearing the app's data, or by uninstalling the app.

Backups and reports

If Android backup is turned on for your device, the operating system may include the app's data in your own Google account backup. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings and Google's privacy policy; we cannot access it. The app can also create a backup file and a PDF or text health report. These are created on your device and leave it only when you choose to share or save them, for example with an app you pick in the share sheet.

Notifications

Medication, water and measurement reminders are scheduled locally on your device. If you allow notifications, the app shows them without sending reminder content to a server. You can change the permission in your device settings.

Ads and privacy choices

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process data such as the advertising ID, IP address and device and app usage information to deliver and measure ads. The app requests non-personalized ads and shows Google's consent form where it is required (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK). You can review your choice from the ad privacy option in the Profile screen when it is available, and in your device's ad settings. Your medicine and health data is never sent to AdMob or any other advertising or analytics service. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Pro subscriptions and purchases

Optional Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we do not receive your card details. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and product, subscription and purchase status to verify purchases and restore Pro access. Sharing and security

We do not sell your data. The only information that leaves your device automatically is what ads and purchases need, shared with the providers named above over encrypted connections. Those providers' own retention and security practices are described in their policies. We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services in the app.

Retention and deletion

Data you enter stays on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Google Play and RevenueCat may keep purchase records according to their own policies to provide and verify your subscription and to meet legal obligations. For deletion requests about data held by these services, contact us.

Medical disclaimer

The app is a reminder and personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reminders can be delayed by device settings such as battery optimization or restricted exact alarms, so do not rely on them alone for critical medicines. Always follow the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe personal information about a child has been processed, contact us and we will review it.

Changes and contact

If we update this policy we will publish the new text and effective date on this page.

İlaç, su ve ölçüm hatırlatıcıları cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Bildirimlere izin verirseniz uygulama bunları hatırlatıcı içeriğini bir sunucuya göndermeden gösterir. İzni cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz.

Reklamlar ve gizlilik tercihleri

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilir. Google ve reklam ortakları reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama kullanım bilgileri gibi verileri işleyebilir. Uygulama kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam ister ve gerekli olan bölgelerde (örneğin Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık) Google'ın izin formunu gösterir. Tercihinizi, mevcut olduğunda Profil ekranındaki reklam gizlilik seçeneğinden ve cihazınızın reklam ayarlarından yeniden inceleyebilirsiniz. Pro abonelikler ve satın almalar

İsteğe bağlı Pro abonelikler ve ömür boyu satın alma Google Play üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Google işler; kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. RevenueCat, satın almaları doğrulamak ve Pro erişimini geri yüklemek için anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliğini ve ürün, abonelik ve satın alma durumunu işler. Paylaşım ve güvenlik

Verilerinizi satmayız. Cihazınızdan otomatik olarak çıkan tek bilgi, reklamlar ve satın almalar için gerekenlerdir; bunlar yukarıda adı geçen sağlayıcılarla şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden paylaşılır. Saklama ve silme

Girdiğiniz veriler siz silene, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Tıbbi sorumluluk reddi

Uygulama bir hatırlatıcı ve kişisel takip aracıdır; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz. Pil optimizasyonu veya kısıtlı tam zamanlı alarm gibi cihaz ayarları hatırlatıcıları geciktirebilir; bu yüzden kritik ilaçlar için yalnızca hatırlatıcılara güvenmeyin. Her zaman doktorunuzun veya eczacınızın önerilerine uyun.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğa ait kişisel bilginin işlendiğini düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin, inceleyelim.
